The house was ideally located very close to the beach with beautiful views!!! It is very well equipped and everything is brand new, modern and stylish !!! Maria was very attentive and polite, she knew the area very well and her suggestions made the difference for us. We will definitively come back in the summer!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo spazioso, nuovissimo e confortevole appartamento a luglio 2021. Grande, con tre tre camere da letto, due bagni, due terrazzi enormi. Arredato perfettamente. Comodo per spostamenti (in un ora le spiagge più belle e mezz’ora un entroterra splendido)

Maria has received us in person for the check-in with a big smile, some fruits and of course Ouzo 😀
The apartment is renewed and is super clean, besides the fact is super spacious and has everything you need for a cozy stay, including very good beds, equipped bathrooms with good quality shower!

Maria was also very responsive with the communication all times, and also gave us really really good tips on beaches and restaurants to visit – our stay in Crete couldn’t be better!

From arrival until departure she will support you at any time with the best recommendations for places to visit, activities, beaches, restaurants and bars, sightseeing spots and how to organize your time in the best way. This is really an extraordinary example of caring and hospitality!
The accomodation is perfectly situated for exploring the island and fully equipped with everything you could think of. The apartment is clean, spacious and very nicely and modern furnitured. The front view to the see is so amazing and we enjoyed so much spending the time outside at the balcony. Additionally, the beautiful beach is just in front and you have everything from restaurants, bakery and supermarket close by. Also, a parking spot is avaialble if you have a car.
Only to recommend. We will come back!

Very nice and cozy apartment, near beach, shops, bars & taverns. Maria is a super host, has all the best tips to visit and explore.
The apartment has everything prepared, including beach towels, ironing table, fully equipped kitchen and baths.
In some days there can be noise from the road traffic, but once you get used to it doesn’t bother you at all.

Maria’s apartment is well situated – only a few minutes from a lovely beach where you can find good cocktails and tasty authentic Cretan food! (Don’t forget to go to Beach bar Roulis!)
The accommodation itsself is stylish, sparkling clean and finished to a very high standard . Good standard of amenities and utilities.There is secure and free parking at the back of the property.The sun roof and balcony are lovely 😊
We had great weather for the full 2 weeks- non stop sun the whole time.
Maria is the perfect host- responding quickly and effectively to all enquiries no matter what time of day or night. She has good advice (particularly for sightseeing )and we benefited from this several times when we visited the many historical sites located in the interior and on the coast
You do need a car if you want to see more of the island but there are buses going to nearby beautiful, picturesque Rethymno which has fab beaches and is good for swimming and eating out.

We spent 10 fantastic days in Maria’s apartment and the description & photos are wholly accurate, in reality they don’t do it justice – least of all the seaview from the balcony. It is extremely well-furnished, everything/everywhere was clean and new. We more than appreciated it’s spaciousness, its modernity and its very high level of equipment & furnishings. It made us feel at home straightaway – I don’t think we missed for anything. The individual air-conditionning in each bedroom was a real bonus. And our children were delighted with Netflix and the WiFi. Beach towels were provided too and we were able to change all the bed linen & towels halfway through our stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed the calm and quietness of its location just off the main street. The proximity to the sea was just what we wanted and the local beach clubs were also of good quality and value for money. We had chosen the apartment for its apparent proximity also to local shops and commerce, supermarkets, etc. We did not want to be isolated in the middle of nowhere and we were not disappointed. Everything you could possible need was close by.
Rethymnon is a but a short drive away and full of excellent shops, cafés, bar & restaurants. The nightlife was excellent as were the places to visit, notably the old venetian harbour and the fortress. The apartment is also well-situated to visit other parts of Crete: we ventured to Chania and several beaches on the south coast without having to spend too long in the car.
Lastly, but not least, we would like to thank Maria for her extremely warm welcome to her apartment in Adelianos Kampos. She is a delightful host; the information that she provided to us regarding places to see & visit, restaurants to eat out, plus local amenities was first class, of the highest quality and what is more wholly reliable. We never once had a bad surprise !! A real font of precious information…She was on hand virtually day & night to ensure that our stay was unforgettable and thoroughly enjoyable.
We cannot but highly recommend her apartment to all fellow travellers & visitors wishing to visit the beautiful island of Crete. We would not hesitate in coming back if we return

We spent a really perfect week in Maria’s appartement! The flat was even more beautiful than on the pictures, the sea view in the living room is so nice and the inside decoration is lovely! The apartment is fully equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning, beach towels, and even Netflix!
It is very well located next to the beach in a nice area and it is easy to go to the center of Réthymnon by bus or by car.

What to say about Maria: we never met someone like her, from our arrival to our departure she as been so nice to us!! She gave us many advices about where to go and what we needed to visit around Adelianos Kampos and in Crète in general. She was always available to help us and to answer to any of our questions. She was really involved in making us having a good time in Greece!

We would like to thanks her, thanks to her we had a great time in Crète and we will never forget our holidays there, and never forget her kindness! She is an Airbnb angel!

We absolutely loved our time at Maria’s apartment. From the moment we started communicating before our journey we knew we would feel right at home!

OUR HOSTS
Maria and her family are amazing! The best hosts, attending to every need and providing many local tips. The apartment was even better than the photos!

THE APARTMENT
There were 4 of us staying there (2 couples) and there was plenty of room. We loved the decor, the comfortable beds and living room furniture. The outdoor spaces are perfect too!

THE LOCAL AREA
We loved being able to walk 2min across the road to the beach and 30sec to the nearest mini market. We also had so much fun going to Maria’s families “Kiss a fish” shop where you can have little fish nibble at your feet (like a hilarious foot massage!). We also ate at the bakery (Giampos bakery – 3min walk) about 3 times a day. They have fantastic breads, pastries, sandwiches and the ice cream is some of the best (better than most we have had in Italy!).

SUMMARY
Overall, we would recommend this place to everyone! It’s a fantastic spot to have a retreat and then travel to all of the amazing beaches (some are about 1hr drive but totally worth it!). Maria has now become a life long friend! She fantastic. Stay here and you’ll have a blast

We had a great time at Maria’s place in Adelianos Kampos, close to Rethymnon. Maria was a great host, who welcomed us personally and showed us the apartment. With any upcoming issues she was very quick to respond and helped us with many recommendations for trips and restaurant in the Rethymnon area.
The apartment is spacious, with a lot of windows and a balcony facing the seaside. The two bathrooms make the place perfect for groups or families.
Overall we couldn’t have wished for a better place and host.

We Highly recomend this beautifull and new renovated and well located (Website hidden by Airbnb) thing was perfect..full equiped with every thing you need to spend a great vacation….Close to the beach and with supermarkets and restaurants very close.

We had a great holiday at Maria’s place, for our first journey in Crete.

The apartment is modern and well arranged, with a fantastic sea view and 2 large terraces. The inside is brand new, very clean, with all necessary equipments and lot of space for all the family, even for small children.

The location is perfect, close to one immense beach (only 2 min walk) and to all commodities (supermarket, bakery, shops… ). Rethymno is only 10 min away by car.

Maria is a tremendous guest, friendly, full of attention, and available for any need. She gave us valuable advices to visit and discover Crete.

We highly recommend this house!!
